Unfortunately, we are not a walk-in clinic. However, we happily accept clients who are dedicated to making lifestyle changes. 


No, we do not prescribe medications. You will have to contact your Primary Care Physician for medication prescriptions. 


No, all of our services should be an addition to your current health care team. Your Primary Care Physician should continue to be your main source of contact for your comprehensive health-related needs. Our nurse practitioner offers education, recommendations, and services to assist with health promotion through cardiopulmonary fitness and heart-healthy lifestyles.


All sessions are up to 45 minutes. However, some packages allow for 30-minute sessions.


No, you do not need a referral. However, it is strongly recommended to have consent from your medical doctor to participate in an exercise program.


We currently accept FSA and HSA. We are able to provide a superbill which will assist with reimbursement from your insurance company. We also offer payment plans. 


We accept the following payment methods: debit card, credit card, flex spending (FSA)  and health savings accounts (HSA). 


There is a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid charges and interruptions of future appointments. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment via email at info@onewellnesscenter.org, or by phone at 336-355-9006


M-Th (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) and F 8:00 AM—1:00 PM. However, we offer after-hours service at an additional cost. 


Sessions are offered remotely or in person.
