The Healthy Mind and Body Program is to help those who would like assistance with stress management to learn effective stress relief strategies that can help you get a handle on your stress. The program will provide education, talk therapy, journaling, and mindfulness techniques to help you better manage your emotions.

Provided by Akeri, our in-house mental health specialist and doctoral-level therapist-in-training. Sessions can be covered by insurance or self-pay.
